Why again?
Boss: how can we rip off the customer more?
Employee: well we cannot reduce the size anymore, we already reduced them by 1/3 their size
Boss: I know, cutout the center and call it a donut!
FFS! It’s bad enough products are getting smaller, but they keep changing the to more processed ingrediencies (i.e. cheaper), reducing the product size, and now cutting out parts and calling it a donut? Please, stop trying to maximize every bit of profit off of us customers and give us what we want: normal size, natural ingrediencies, and no stupid gimmicks.
I was in the market, walking down the cereal aisle and I swear the boxes are not only inch and half, maybe 2 inches wide. It is getting out of hand. CEO’s salaries need to be reigned in. Corporate profits need to be reigned in. Something to stop this race to the bottom in products.
Anyway, I just want the old Klondike bar back.
Oh, and learn your donuts: Boston Cream donuts DO NOT HAVE HOLES!
I told my wife last week that before I die chocolate chip cookies will be exactly that. 1 chocolate chip per 3 cookie serving size
I believe you might be right, shrinkage is getting out of hand.
